When I was introduced to Amy, I was also introduced to another agent. I never heard from the first Agent, but Amy called me right away and begin to ask me questions about what I’m looking for and price points and so forth from the start. I like most about Amy is that she didn’t try to oversell me, she dug deep to find out exactly what I liked not just how many bedrooms or an area but also the community specifics about a house what I like what I don’t like she would never force anything on me, and always led me to the answer not giving it to me. Amy has always been so communicative and thorough . Amy’s an expert in veterans lending and his proved to be extremely knowledgeable, not only in the market itself, but also in veterans mortgages contracts. I started my search during a very difficult time in the real estate market, and it became very clear to me that I could not compete with the cash buyers and site unseen closings. Amy offered as an option to look at new construction as the price point is what it is and no bidding is required, next step was to find a location that fit the price point and then realized that it wasn’t just a price point but also the interest rates. Amy helped me navigate through that very well and answered any questions that I had promptly. Amy is extremely responsive and follows through every time. The buying process is extremely difficult and a lot of issues arose but Amy was there to make sure that I had all the answers and as a point person with the builder and the lender. I experienced many issues and hurdles with the lending. It was often times hard to navigate, but Amy stepped in and made things so much easier and so much more seamless. I am so grateful that I met Amy she is someone that you want on your side hands-down the most easy to work with responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and overall pleasure to work with. If I’m ever in the market again for a home I will only make one call and that’s to Amy Camasso.

From the first phone call I had with Dina (which lasted over an hour), I knew that she was the right real estate agent for me!
