I live in Chicago and we were selling a house in Spring Hill. I had not met Trish in person but she went to visit our property to see about putting it on the market. My parents fell in love with her and trusted her completely. Trish guided me on what I needed to do for staging, was very honest about what we should and should not do before putting the property on the market and priced our home fairly by doing extensive research on the local market. We were first time sellers and I have to admit I was very nervous about the whole process. Trish kept us up to date on everything that was happening relating to the sale. We had an offer the first day that fell apart because we needed to put a new roof on the property and we could not come to agreement with the buyers on the absorption of the costs. Within minutes of cancellation of the contract the house was back on the market at a price that would account for the cost of the roof and we went under contract within days. The most important thing to me was that my parents were comfortable during the sale of the home. Trish was so good to them and although I was not able to be there but if they needed anything she was. It is very important to Trish to keep the seller informed of what she is doing in the background to get the house sold not to only get the listing. We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Trish. It feels rather strange not to be communicating with her anymore because she became like family. I highly recommend Trish. She is no nonsense and is excellent at her job. She also has a strong network of people supporting her.
