Shana helped me purchase my first home, and this was a process I went into completely clueless, I had no idea what to expect and she was super helpful through all of it, answered my many questions timely and thoughtfully, was really available through the process. She was really knowledgeable about all of the process and was helpful with little things like home improvements and different things to look for/be aware of. I am a person that hates asking questions generally but given what a huge deal this was I asked everything I possibly thought of and at no point did I feel dumb or a bother.
