Sam was fantastic! Her knowledge of RVA real estate is 2nd to none! She walked the house with me, gave me a few things to tweak, and sold it the very first day of showings! I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend her!

Sam got us WAY more money for our house than we EVER could have on our own. I hope Sam stays in the business for many years to come - we're not 'forever home' kind of people. Sam was on board the whole time with our home as far as several open houses and feed back from each one.
