When I first started looking for houses, I had it in the back of my mind, "I really don't need a real estate agent." I knew I had friends in the field, and I could just wing it. Sam was on board the whole time with our home as far as several open houses and feed back from each one. We met Sam at a home that we were interested in and then asked her to look at our home and to tell us what we needed to get it ready to put it on the market for sale.
