If we could give Zach a million stars it still wouldn’t be enough. I was skeptical about using a much younger person to help Sell our home. I immediately thought we needed an older more experienced realtor. Well don’t judge a book by its cover. Zach went above and beyond for my husband and I. Chas always kept his word and followed through on his commitments despite a long-winded sale process. He pushed for a higher sales price and we got it but had to be patient. Not only did Charlene explain every stage of buying with a builder like Lennar, she walked every step with me. She was there on the initial signing, the independent inspection, the walk through, the acceptance walk through, and the closing. She worked diligently during the inspection and walk throughs to point out things to the builder that were not right and held them accountable for fixing them. Her communication with myself and the builder was timely and always helpful in securing needed information. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlene.
