Not only did Charlene explain every stage of buying with a builder like Lennar, she walked every step with me. She was there on the initial signing, the independent inspection, the walk through, the acceptance walk through, and the closing. She worked diligently during the inspection and walk throughs to point out things to the builder that were not right and held them accountable for fixing them. Her communication with myself and the builder was timely and always helpful in securing needed information. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlene.
