He installed several fixtures in our home and thereby kept our expenses down and streamlined the time to list our property. Because he understands many aspects of a home’s design and functions, he is also adept at gauging where to invest in renovations before and during escrow. Shari provided advice about design decisions early in the listing process, which proved to be helpful, too. We were grateful to have such a talented and thoughtful team in Chris and Shari!
