If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients, I can’t recommend Dawn highly enough. From day one, Dawn’s communication was exceptional. She was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure we understood every step along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but knowing we could count on her to answer questions promptly and provide honest guidance made a huge difference. We looked at a large number of properties before finding the right home, and not once did Dawn make us feel rushed or pressured. She remained positive, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire search while also being realistic about each property. She celebrated the homes that were worth getting excited about and wasn’t afraid to point out concerns when she felt something wasn’t the right fit. That honesty gave us a tremendous amount of confidence that she truly had our best interests at heart. What impressed us most was her dedication all the way through closing. Even at the very last minute, when there was still an outstanding issue that needed to be resolved with the seller, Dawn jumped into action immediately. She coordinated everything, kept everyone moving, and worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. Instead of letting it become our problem, she owned it and made sure we could focus on enjoying the excitement of buying our new home. Throughout the entire experience, Dawn consistently went above and beyond our expectations. She is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and genuinely invested in her clients’ success. We always felt like we had someone in our corner advocating for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything Dawn did for us. If you’re buying or selling a home, you want Dawn on your team. We recommend her without hesitation.

From start to finish, Dawn was exceptional. I described her as a swan; calm and graceful on the surface but underneath working away so hard for us. Dawn sold our old house and helped us find our new home, all at the same time. She was so professional throughout and her experience and expertise were obvious; from pricing our house exactly right to marketing it perfectly. She was so quick and efficient with getting the listing up so we were able to put offers on homes, in a stronger position. She was honest with properties we viewed and gave us her professional opinion whilst still respecting our vision of our next home. We dragged this woman around at least 30 houses and put her through 3 separate offers on houses until we found one that made it through both inspection and our needs/ vision. Her contacts within the industry and people she uses for inspections etc. are elite; Dawn only works with the best, most honest people and it shows. It gave us peace of mind throughout the process knowing everything was being done thoroughly and efficiently. Dawn’s communication skills throughout everything were bar none, she was available any day, any time, even to answer my most ridiculous questions and she did it all with understanding and care. If you want someone who truly cares about her clients and will demand nothing but the best, then you HAVE to use Dawn. We saw how other agents worked, through the three houses we put offers in for and honestly it just highlighted how skilled, competent and how all round awesome Dawn really is. Dawn, I know we said it constantly but once again, thank you so much for everything, you’re amazing!
