I have found my agent for both buying and selling a home! Dawn kept us updated on details at every step of the way. She knows the housing market inside and out. She knows how to negotiate with the seller and was able to find us just what we wanted. She knew what to look for in each home and pointed different problems and solutions out to us. Dawn was very helpful with preparing our home to sale. From pressure washing the deck to making share we understood the process, and being quick to get us on the market. Dawn used her go-getter skills when selling our home. We enjoyed working with her and would certainly choose her, again.
