After looking online for a home for over a month I inquired about a home that Dawn was representing. She was very prompt in replying to my questions and took her time getting to know me, my needs and wants in finding a home. She was so attentive and didn't hesitate in calling me and checking to see if I needed anything in finding the right home. She went out of her way all the time to view Homes that I was unable to see. She answered every one of my questions and was always kind with her words and actions. After looking for a couple months I was able to find the right house for me. Dawn was always available for me no matter what day of the week or time of the day it was. Even on holidays. She was very patient with the problems that I had on my end and she never gave up on me. After four long months I was able to close on the home that I had been wishing for. If I had to do it again she would be the first agent I would call. She's been nothing but kind and diligent for me on my behalf. She's definitely a five star agent and I would highly recommend her expertise and knowledge to sell and help anyone purchase a home. Even after closing on my new home I am still able to reach out to her for guidance, comfort, and advice. It has been such a pleasure getting to know her over the last 4 months as well as doing business with her and having her guide me along the way. Buying a house can be so stressful especially when you don't know what complications that may arise and she was the best thing that I could have hoped for. 100% professional. God was looking out for me.
