Writing reviews is not something I take lightly or for that matter do often. However, if anybody deserves a commendation then it is Mr. Avery Anderson with Southern Classic Realtor, in Warner Robins, Georgia. My house search began in the spring of 2025. It became quickly obvious to me that finding a place in my price range was not going to be an easy task as they seemed to sell overnight. Upon meeting and presenting Avery with my criteria as well as my buying power I felt good about working with him on this endeavor. His attributes are vast and his outgoing personality a delight to interact with. Throughout the months there was no lack of communication and no task too much for him. Numerous times I saw new inventory online, but being 5 hrs away unable to tour the property myself he took the time to video the place and send the footage to me. Twice we were ready to make a purchase, but after having the inspection and its' finding retracted the offer. Avery demonstrated nothing but professionalism throughout these uncomfortable transactions. Just about the time I thought about suspending my search and my informing him about this intend, he called me to tell me about a house that had just been put on the market the day before and urged me to come down to tour it. I ended up getting that ONE. Thank you Avery for all the "legwork" throughout the months. And for those of you are looking to relocate to Warner Robins and surrounding areas I can without hesitation highly recommend Mr. Avery Anderson. He'll go the extra MILE for and with you.
