She always gave us information or asked us questions that had us consider things we hadn’t previously thought of. Once we decided on the house we wanted she helped us craft a competitive offer and negotiate the extras that we wanted (blinds, a fence, closing date, etc) and we were able to get them all. After our offer was accepted she gave us regular updates and pictures of our property! Selina went above and beyond in our home buying process and gave us great local tips and information behind the usual utility hookup contacts. She treated us like family and we would be happy to work with her again when we are ready to sell. I recommend her every chance I get!
