It was a pleasure working with Sudan Couch. She was professional and so in tuned to my needs when listing my home. I interviewed several agents, but went with her. Other agents wanted to list low for a quick sale. Susan compared similar homes and came to me with a much higher price. The house still went under contract in under 30 days! Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one.
