It was a pleasure working with Sudan Couch. She was professional and so in tuned to my needs when listing my home. I interviewed several agents, but went with her. Other agents wanted to list low for a quick sale. Susan compared similar homes and came to me with a much higher price. The house still went under contract in under 30 days! I would highly recommend Susan Couch!!

From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

I must say Tina was awesome!! We didn’t expect to sell our property as quick as we did. From making sure she had the pertinent info on sales/comps in our area, to posting it in all the right places. This is the third home Kelly has helped me with first two were for my daughter now finally myself. She responds quickly and knew where I wanted to look even before I asked for locations! Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. Highly recommend!
