Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely picky, and Keith never once pushed me into anything. He was always upfront, real, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. His work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his clients are unmatched. I truly appreciate everything he did for us and will absolutely be using him again in the future. I recommend Keith to everyone—if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, he’s your guy.

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
