He is an Expert in real estate. He worked for me to get me the best deal and to ensure the smoothest closing. He always kept me updated on all the ins and outs. He was in contact with me almost daily especially the week before the closing. There were some hiccups on my side and he took them in stride. He is an extremely positive man and absolutely a joy to work with. Yes I highly recommend him.

My family and I recently moved across the country from Washington state to Georgia. We had no time or funds to fly out to look at houses our self, so having Danielle on our team was absolutely crucial. Not only was she able to be our eyes and ears when looking at potential houses, but her knowledge of all the areas in North Georgia gave us confidence to sign a lease sight unseen. She went above and beyond to get a house and get us settled, from helping us find a preschool for our daughter to solving problems with our moving company. And this was all just for a rental! We plan on buying a home as soon as our lease is up, and we have no doubt she will help us find our dream home!

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
