Michael was amazing throughout our entire selling process and unfortunately not because of Michael but we encountered probably every speed bump one could imagine and he really got us through everything by overcoming each obstacle and easing our minds tremendously and still managed to get us to the closing table in a very timely manner!! I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
