My sell was very different in the way that it happened I was gifted a home, this was a very personal sell for me, if it was not for Joanie’s knowledge and compassion to help me through this process I would have been lost, she’s amazing I can not praise her enough.

Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. On top of that, I trusted Keith to list the home I was moving out of. I originally thought his recommended price was too high, but I went with his advice—and I’m so glad I did. He got it under contract in less than a week. That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge and expertise. What stood out the most was his honesty and zero-pressure approach. I’m extremely picky, and Keith never once pushed me into anything. He was always upfront, real, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. His work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his clients are unmatched. I truly appreciate everything he did for us and will absolutely be using him again in the future. I recommend Keith to everyone—if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, he’s your guy.

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

I could not have chosen anyone better for my real estate agent. She went far above and beyond my expectations to sell my property. We had several unexpected challenges and she helped me work through each one. Her professionalism and knowledge guided us from the day we listed the property with her through the day of closing. Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, especially the way the market is today, not to mention the world. April was pleasant from the very beginning. It was a bit of a challenge with the 3 hour time difference but April managed not only the sale of my house and who knows how many others but also sadness in her family.
