We had a wonderful experience working with Rozanne. She helped us sell our home and find the home we were hoping to find. She was always available with any questions we had and help guide us along the way of selling and buying. It had been close to 25 years since our last purchase and a lot has changed. Also during this time the Covid 19 virus made things a little more difficult but we always felt safe during showings she was always prepared. Rozanne has kept in touch to be sure everything is going well and if we have any questions. Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it.
