I have been looking to buy a home for sometime and never could find one I could afford. I fought my home and ask for help to look at it. Kimberly Floyd was there for me in an instant. Every time I called she answered and guided me through the whole buying market. She knew exactly what I needed to do for each step. I would definitely call her if I need another another property. I truly recommend Kimberly . She was the best. thanks

Was very knowledgeable of the market and how the process takes place. He makes you feel as a friend rather than just a client. Was helpful in not only finding me what I needed but also took into account my wants and preferences when finding my home. He was upfront and honest about costs and was very flexible to make it work on my schedule. I still recommend him in person and give out his cards even to people who aren’t actively loooking yet but just want to get a feel of the market.
