Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. On top of that, I trusted Keith to list the home I was moving out of. I originally thought his recommended price was too high, but I went with his advice—and I’m so glad I did. He got it under contract in less than a week. That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge and expertise. What stood out the most was his honesty and zero-pressure approach. I’m extremely picky, and Keith never once pushed me into anything. He was always upfront, real, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. Scott helped us sell our house. He gave us tips and names of Companies that could help us prepare the house for sale. We had 2 open houses. Scott gave us frequent updates on neighborhood properties for sale and prospective buyers that viewed our house.
