As a first time homeowner I was nervous and hesitant to embark on this journey. Amber's approach put me at ease. A family member had recommended her. Unlike other realtors who were forceful in their texts and emails to make me their client, Amber was patient, respectful, and kind. After browsing a few properties online and one in person, I told her what I was looking for. Within days we found the house I always wanted. She explained the process and walked me through every step including finding an amazing broker. She was also encouraging when needed, to make sure nothing was forgotten or mishandled including paperwork, inspections, and the small details. She was always available when I had any questions or concerns and to this day, 5 months later she is still available whenever I have a question. Looking back, I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had and Amber is directly responsible for that.

It was a bit of a challenge with the 3 hour time difference but April managed not only the sale of my house and who knows how many others but also sadness in her family. Stephanie was very outgoing, extremely accommodating to demanding schedules, and her professionalism was exemplary… We lived in our home and she kept that at the forefront of her mind when she was scheduling appointments for viewing. Offered advice to help us better present our home and stayed on top of what the trends were currently and always communicated extremely well. I don’t recommend people very often unless they have made a huge impact or went above and beyond what was required of them, Stephanie is someone I would recommend to anyone for your real estate needs.
