From start to finish Donna was there for me. With her friendly demeanor, she advised me how to make my home picture perfect for showings and hired her own professional photographer. I needed help finding someone to put some things into storage and texted her, while she was on vacation, and she helped me! I also needed help with repairs and Donna recommended a great handyman! Donna kept in touch throughout the entire process to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Everything was flawless and the closing was a breeze. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
