From start to finish Donna was there for me. With her friendly demeanor, she advised me how to make my home picture perfect for showings and hired her own professional photographer. I needed help finding someone to put some things into storage and texted her, while she was on vacation, and she helped me! I also needed help with repairs and Donna recommended a great handyman! Donna kept in touch throughout the entire process to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Everything was flawless and the closing was a breeze. Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job! We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs.
