Originally from Southern California, Cynthia spent over 20 years living and working in Prescott, Arizona, where she gained extensive experience helping clients find homes in scenic, nature-filled settings. In 2024, she relocated to Waleska, Georgia, to be closer to her children—and quickly fell in love with the area’s peaceful lakes, lush landscapes, and friendly communities.

Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee have had a piece of my heart since 1999. At that time, my husband and I lived in Atlanta and were in search of a lakefront weekend home. We had never been to these lakes but ventured there one Sunday afternoon and instantly fell in love with the lifestyle this region offered and the close proximity to Atlanta. We commuted to these lakes almost every single weekend, every summer, and any chance in between. Our best and happiest times have been spent on the lakes with family, friends, boats, campfires, cookouts, fishing poles, tents, footballs, (you get the idea)!
I grew up on Boone Lake in Kingsport, Tennessee and went to the University of Tennessee. I taught elementary school in both public and private schools for several years before entering into real estate.
In 2013, we had an opportunity to move from Atlanta to our lake home on a full-time basis. I decided to move my license of 20 years from Atlanta to the Lake Sinclair / Lake Oconee market. My husband Jeff accepted a job at Gatewood School in Eatonton as an English teacher and now serves as headmaster. Our two kids, Anna Leigh and John have adored living on the lake full time.
I have a great deal of personal experience with buying and selling property on these lakes. My husband and I have personally bought and sold more than a dozen properties over the years. I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with you, whether it be buying or selling.

I grew up swimming and skiing on Jackson Lake. I love the lake lifestyle. I like the way neighbors are friendly and visit by golf cart and boat. Taking a sunset cruise with friends or family makes for a wonderful evening, and great memories, especially if traveling to a restaurant by boat is involved. Living on a lake makes me feel as if I am always at a vacation resort.
I first came to Lake Tobesofkee on a high school field trip and loved the wide expanse of the beach there. This lake has excellent amenities and many great properties, all with easy access to Macon and I-475. I have been a real estate agent since 1985, and I would love to help you buy or sell on Lake Tobesofkee.

She’s the Best
I can’t say enough about Cynthia, she’s not just the best realtor I know she’s a true friend. She always goes the extra mile even when the road gets hard. She’s honest, hardworking, and best of all she has the patience of a saint. I’d put her against any other realtor in town and she’ll come out on top. She’s a true professional.

Simply the Best!

Great communication and follow up on our needs
Cynthia is a great communicator and just a really enjoyable person to be around. I was grateful for her experience and helpfulness with the home buying process. She possed great questions that helped my wife and I find the right home for us. She was very patient and responsive to our questions and very thoughtful of our needs.
