Our journey started with us unsure of whether we even wanted to move or not. We reached out to her just to see if she could show us what kind of homes were on the market. She was patient and took the time to really learn what we looking for by understanding the needs of our family and what it would take for us to want to move out of our long-loved home. When it came time to sell, she gave us great tips on what we could do to get top dollar. We had an amazing amount of showings and in the end she got us top dollar for our home. She then used her knowledge of the area as well as her networking skills to find us a home that checked all the boxes and even many we didn’t even know we wanted or could have. She wasn’t afraid to negotiate as selling or buying agent, and even navigated being a dual agent on our home sale with ease. We felt she protected our interests throughout this whole process and made it as painless as possible. First time home buyers. Could not possibly ask for a better experience thanks to Cynthia! She knew how guide us through the process without telling us what do. She is not afraid to stand up for her clients, yet she knows when it’s wise to back off. Cynthia is super knowledgeable about the market and stays on top of every step of the home buying process. Every time we came the next step, typically something to sign or approve, she had it to us super fast, while making sure we understood what we were signing.
