Margaret was our agent for two sales and one purchase this year. I can’t imagine a a better agent. She was always available, responded to everything quickly, and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout all three transactions. I would hire her again without hesitation if I ever need another agent again.

We purchased a new home with Margaret and it could not have gone better! Excellent communication and always had our best interest in mind! She immediately found buyers for our other home and transaction went as smoothly! We feel very grateful and fortunate to have Margaret as our realtor- and now as a friend. 100% recommend!

We have done 3 transactions (2 buy, 1 sell) and we could not be more pleased with Margarets expertise, knowledge of the area, market conditions and most importantly her dedication to her clients. Real estate transactions can go sideways in a minute but Margaret will stay the course and get it done. Margarets experience in real estate and calming demeanor is invaluable. She's simply the best!
