I approached Migena a couple of years ago expressing my hopes of one day moving to Florida. Since then she has gone above and beyond to make the process of buying my first home smooth and stress free. We are so fortunate that our friend referred us to Luis and Cal Brown. We found a new community in Florida called Reverie. Since we were moving from Virginia Beach, we needed someone familiar with the St Augustine FL area and Reverie. Fortunately for us, Luis and Cal gave us plenty of lead time on the building phases for the community. Specifically the Edison model that we had our sights set on. We purchased one of the very last available Edisons on the water just before an 18 month building break. Without Luis and Cal, we would not have had the information necessary to make an informed decision to purchase our new home. They worked closely with the listing agent who was familiar with the community and knew the building phases and schedule. Additionally, before we moved to the area Luis and Cal represented us during the (very detailed) remote walk through just prior to closing. They went over and above and took delivery of our new refrigerator before we made the physical move to Florida. We are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them.

We didn't pick the best time to sell our property as we faced a tough sellers market. However, Jen demonstrated her willingness to go beyond the original agreement in order to help us sell the property. For example, she took on a couple of projects that came up that needed to be taken care of in order to help expedite the sale of the home. She also went out of her way advertising the property in numerous ways. We are thankful for the service she provided and highly recommend her!

We had the pleasure of first meeting Robin in May of 2020 with our move back to Florida during Covid. It was a very hot market and she found us the perfect house and she helped us every step of the way to closing the deal with no stress. She remained in contact with us over the years with friendly check ins. So of course when we were looking to sell, she was our first choice.
