His personality is perfect for the job: he is friendly, knowledgeable, unflappable, very hard-working, and always positive. I looked forward to the times Marlin would come over because I knew that when he left, I would feel energized and excited about our home sale. And then, after that sale, he helped us in the purchase of a new home. Again, his work ethic really made the difference for us in this move. When we had a question about an inspection issue, he made numerous phone calls - all the way to the owner of the company - to learn more about the flagged item so that he could explain it to us clearly so that we could make an informed decision. Finally, Marlin has a community of service providers in his tool box. Anytime we wanted something done - power-washing, inspection, photographer - he made referrals and we were never disappointed. I have known many realtors, but none were as well-rounded as Marlin Yoder. He was referred to me by my brother who thought he was wonderful and I refer him to anyone needing a realtor because he IS wonderful!
