She was very detailed in reviewing market trends to get our house on the market for the proper price. She then went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and beautiful for the pictures and open houses. Then throughout the process she kept us informed on any happenings. Then during the time with the house was under contract she worked well with the other realtors and made for a simple and easy transition to get the property sold and closed in a timely fashion. Kayla helped me sell my home in Ft Myers FL and turned around and helped me buy a home in Leesburg FL. When we first found a home,, everything seemed to be going great until inspection. There was too much cost to get it like I wanted. In the meantime, my loan was still in processing, and needed to find another home asap.
