Real estate teams in Alabama

Melissa went above and beyond to sell our house! She made the process so much easier than I expected. Always on top of things every step of the way and never left us waiting for anything. She even acted as a General Contractor lining up the repairs needed to be done before closing which was completely unexpected! Flat out knocked it out of the park, any real estate deal I have in the future she will be my first call!

Melissa kept in constant contact with us and the bank during the closing process which was very delayed. She was very professional. I would recommend her highly

I called several realtors before calling Melissa. Melissa was the only realtor that got back to me. She stayed in constant communication with us and other parties involved. The closing was delayed and Melissa worked really hard for this sale. She is a great realtor and a great person.

James, was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire buying process

Kelly was very friendly, responsive and knew exactly what I was looking for in my first home. She was always sharing new opportunities with me as they came available, while simultaneously not overwhelming me during the home buying process. Although I was a picky buyer who took several months to find the right home, she stuck by me and did not ever give up the search. I would recommend Kelly to anyone buying a home. She is selfless, kind, very intelligent in her field, and overall professional.

She caught some mistakes in the original agreement contract, and also caught some things that needed correcting at the Mobile county clerk's office Democrafics.

This was the second time we worked with David Coate as our realtor and both times he made the process quick and easy. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable of the market and surrounding area. He checked in with us frequently and kept us aware of what was going on. David sold our home quick for the price we were asking. We highly recommend him!

We know the golden rule of real estate is “Location, Location, Location”, but we discovered the golden rule of realtors in David Coate: “Connections, Connections, Connections.” We had a fairly complex transaction buying an investment property in Gulf Shores. We needed funding as well as opening a 1031 exchange on multiple properties in another state. David knew exactly who to introduce us to for these essential services. Also, at the same time, we needed advice from someone with experience to find a short-term rental manager who would help us get our business started in Alabama. Once again, he had multiple contacts so that we could interview and make informed decisions. His many years of experience made an otherwise complicated transaction… seamless. All the people he introduced us to were equally experienced, giving us enormous confidence all along the way. This was our first, but not last, purchase in Gulf Shores and we will certainly seek out David Coate for our next project. He was just what we needed – personable, hardworking and trustworthy!

David took on an epic task moving my father from Alabama to Missouri. He handled every aspect, from the selling of the house, getting them packed up, having an estate sale and setting up the actual move up here. My father is not very good with technology so David even managed all of that by keeping me in the loop and interacting with me on all the vital things that had to happen online. He even helped my father by talking with him and calming his extreme anxiety. This move was very hard for my father at his age and David made this go very smooth. David has taken on an essential job for the aging population in that area of the country and he handles it with the utmost professionalism. I told David multiple times that he was a god send to my family and I sincerely mean that. We could not have done this without all he did. I would recommend David to anyone who is selling or looking for a home. On a 5 star rating he gets a 15 from me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank You David for everything. We wish you the best in all your endeavors.

Chuck is a seasoned realtor who specializes in selling properties in the gulf Shores area. He was always available and moved timely on every detail!

We have used Chuck Norwood several times over the years in real estate transactions. We just used them to sell an investment property and they handled every detail perfectly. We have always been totally happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. I could not recommend them more!

I use the word professional because that is how I’d describe Karen Russo. But at the same time she is warm and friendly and puts you at ease with her excellent knowledge of the real estate market. There were definitely ups and downs while our house was on the market as some offers had complicated contingencies and Karen always clearly explained things to us. She’s also very patient as selling a home can be stressful and she helped keep me relaxed. That can be a big job! She’s just the best!
