Donna Kribbs is an Associate Broker and real estate agent for Century 21 Novus. She handles the listing and selling of residential and commercial properties, along with land tracts. She works with her sister, Connie Sprewell, and together they have more than 70 years of combined experience serving the West Georgia/ East Alabama areas. As a licensed agent in Georgia and Alabama, Donna believes that education and staying on top of current trends in the real estate industry is the key to success. As such, she is a 2012 graduate of the Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy and a 2022 graduate of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy. Her commitment to continuous learning in the real estate industry has helped her earn the CRS and CDPE designations. She also received the Phoenix award for being a Top Producer in real estate sales. Moreover, Donna is a longtime member of the National Association of Realtors and served as President of the West Metro Board of Realtors in 2013. She served on numerous committees with the West Metro Board and is currently serving on the new Leadership Academy Committee. Donna is an active member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and served as the Ambassador Committee co-chair from 2020-2022. She proudly received the Ambassador of the Year award with Connie Sprewell in 2022. Before joining the Century 21 Novus team in 2014, Donna was the broker and owner of Harrison Realty for 13 years from 1996 to 2009 and has also worked at REMAX, Prudential, and Duffey Realty. Working under various company models has allowed Donna to gain exponential knowledge and insight in the real estate industry and has allowed her to better serve her clients and exceed their expectations. Outside of her real estate career, Donna invests a lot of time into her family. She married Trevor Kribbs in 2018 and they enjoy the time they share with their children and grandchildren. Donna and Trevor are avid Atlanta Falcons fans, and they love attending home games with family. Whenever her busy real estate schedule allows, Donna also enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake. Donna is a long-time resident of the West Georgia area and has a lifelong commitment to ensuring the success of the area and its residents. In 2023, Donna and Connie founded Grimes Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is “to serve as a catalyst for student success by providing essential needs that support their overall well-being and give them the opportunity to thrive.”

Connie Sprewell is a real estate professional with Century 21 Novus. She works with her sister, Donna Kribbs, and together they have 70 plus years of experience in the West GA and East AL areas. Since being licensed in 1986, she has been a consistent top producer in real estate sales and has received the Phoenix Award. Moreover, Connie served as the 2017 President of the West Metro Board of Realtors and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS. Her designations include CRS and CDPE. Connie graduated from the Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy in 2016 and is a 2022 graduate of Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy. As a native West Georgian, Connie gives back to her community in many ways. Of the numerous committees Connie served on with the West Metro Board of Realtors, the Community Service Committee was her passion. Since 2016, Connie has served the community as a member of the Ambassador Committee for the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. She was Co-Chair for the Ambassador Committee from 2020-2022 and was honored to receive the Ambassador of the Year Award in 2022. She is also a new member of the Agribusiness Committee.
