My family has worked with Gina and the Ackerman Team for as long as I can remember. Gina has helped each member of my family and even extended family with all of our moves and we've come to consider her as family during all these years. She has treated all of us very well and we're so appreciative of all of her help and her team's help over the years. They have recently helped us get our young kids into their dream pool home and we definitely could not have done it without them. Gina, Terry, and the whole Ackerman team will always try to do whatever they can to help with every detail from start to finish, and they have always done it very ethically and with integrity. 1982 Whispering Way Tarpon Springs
Karen Roth is the best! Her knowledge in residential transactions is 2nd to none. She provided transition from positioning offer, handling allowances and 4pt. issues, and bringing transaction to closing table that only took 20 minutes to sign documents. I highly recommend Karen to people needing the best agent to represent the buyer's best interest.
