Trever helped me sell my house and purchase a new larger house. He was very knowledgeable about the market and comp houses in the area. We were actually able to list, have the house I was selling under contract and get a higher price than I imagined within 3 days of listing. The house I wanted to purchase was a bit complicated to acquire due to the sentimental value and a few larger repairs needed. I maintained that I wanted that house and Trever stayed true. He put in any effort he could to make it happen. Other realtors would have pushed me to view other houses or lower my expectations. Trever is passionate in real estate but he is even more passionate in listening to the needs and wants of his clients. He is empathetic and is willing to play the long game in a sale/purchase if it makes his client happy in the long run! I'd recommend him to anyone who is interested in selling/ buying property. Can't go wrong with Trever Forbes!

Paulina is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable of the area and the market, and always available to answer questions, return phone calls promptly, and still make herself available after I closed on my purchase. As an investor it is important for me to work with a reliable realtor I can count on. It's been great working with her.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional in every way. Highly recommend.
