Missy and Joe are an amazing team! My house was flooded in hurricanes, Helene and Milton. I reached out to Missy and Joe, and they had nothing but compassion and help to offer. They were always available, they were very good listeners, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my severely damaged home to market. I was not in a good frame of mind to make a decision, and they were patient with me, and stuck with me. They also helped me on my search for a new home, even after I changed my mind about what I wanted and what part of town I wanted to live in, many times! They did whatever they could to help me. They sold my damaged lot, and yesterday I closed on my dream home! They have been in town for many many years and know everybody so anybody you might need in any caveat related to Residential, or Commercial Real Estate, they have your back and they find everyone you need. I loved working with them and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I was very happy with my experience Julie & Pat Warren. I felt comfortable the minute I met them and after discussing my home buying priorities, they informed me how the Sarasota market works and showed me a number of homes that fit my criteria. They took my honest assessment of each property and helped narrow my search until I found the perfect home. I felt that I could trust their judgement when going through the negotiation process and I am very happy with the overall result.

After working with Roberta looking for a home near downtown I was ready to give up. I called her to thank her fro her efforts and she asked me to look at one other property on S Orange and it was the one! WE love our home and are grateful for her determination to make us happy
