Bob was very knowlegeable about everything--zoning for flood insurance, real estate laws, types of houses (wood frame vs. concrete), and information about the type of neighborhoods we looked in. He even was very informative about where we'd have to go and what we'd have to do about getting utilities turned on in our name. Besides being a nice, interesting guy what we liked best about Bob was that he didn't try to "sell" us anything. He pointed out flaws in properties and let us know straight out when he thought a house was "not good." We had the feeling that he was truly trying to find us the house that would fit our needs.
