Maria has been a fantastic realtor to work with on multiple properties now. Always very responsive and easy to work with.

I am always hesitant about choosing a realtor because you just never know what you are going to get, especially since I was shopping from out of state in this case. But I hit the lottery with Lindsey!!! She is an exceptional agent. She knows everything about the ins and outs of Florida real estate and I learned so much from her. She is communicative, accommodating, detail oriented, friendly, and never pushy. She cares about you making the right decision on the right timeline, not about getting a sale. And she will do everything in her power to make sure you get the best house available. She listened so well to my wants and needs that she actually suggested we look at a house that I had passed over myself. And that's the house I ended up purchasing! When it comes time to negotiate the contract, she walks you through it step-by-step with thorough explanations and strategy considerations. I felt like I had a true partner and friend in my home buying journey. I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone searching for a home and I will definitely be calling her back when it’s time to sell!
