We wanted to relocate from Miami to the Clermont/Oakland/Winter Garden area so my husband and I started visiting on weekends to see Open Houses. We met Heidi in one of them back in February. She was welcoming and friendly. Four months later, we ran into each other once again in another Open House. She remembered us right away. I remembered her beautiful English accent. We saw a few other homes but really liked hers. She offered her services to show us another house that we loved before going back to Miami that day. We signed a one day contract and she was great! She showed us the One House that we just purchased! We signed a three-month contract and she worked diligently. At the end of July, we placed an offer on our new home and she did great negotiations with the other realtor. She got us a financial loan advisor that was excellent. The financial loan advisor got us a great interest rate, got us approved for a mortgage loan and we were able to close in 3 weeks! Everything went smoothly thanks to Heidi. We are super happy with her services and highly recommend her!
