Beverly pointed out issues with some listings, and listened to our specific needs and preferences, helping us to find, ultimately, the "RIGHT" house. This is the second time we’ve worked with Beverly. The first time was to help us buy a house and this time it was to sell one ( in a record time of 2 days no less!). On both occasions, she treated us like we were VIP clients. She has a thorough knowledge of the market and puts her heart and soul into ensuring her clients are satisfied.

The property I sold was originally a rental property. Beverley worked with me on renovations after the tenants left. After listing the property, she constantly updated me on where the market was in the area of the property and advised me if and when we should make a price adjustment. Once an offer came in, she worked with me negotiating a counteroffer that would give me an outcome very close to what I was expecting to get from the sale of the property. I had already booked a vacation out of the country before the property was listed and when the offer came in, Beverley worked with the title company to get a notary who dealt with closings to come to my home so that closing would go ahead on time. She dealt with any issues that arose wherever she could to ease the stress for me while I was out of the country, as we both knew that Internet access would be intermittent. I was very happy with how the sale of my property was conducted and would whole heartedly recommend her services.

We were buying a property from Colorado. Beverly was invaluable in evaluating things we did not take into consideration when viewing a property online. She looked for a property as if she was purchasing it herself, looking after all the small touches. Her communication was excellent.

Beverly helped me sell my home and purchase a new-build all at the same time. She was there every step of the way to make sure nothing was missed and took so much of the stress off of me. She was at every appointment, every inspection, and was with me through both closings to help with any questions I had. She made the experience so much easier for me and my family. I could not have done this without her!
