The property I sold was originally a rental property. Beverley worked with me on renovations after the tenants left. Once an offer came in, she worked with me negotiating a counteroffer that would give me an outcome very close to what I was expecting to get from the sale of the property. I had already booked a vacation out of the country before the property was listed and when the offer came in, Beverley worked with the title company to get a notary who dealt with closings to come to my home so that closing would go ahead on time. She dealt with any issues that arose wherever she could to ease the stress for me while I was out of the country, as we both knew that Internet access would be intermittent. I was very happy with how the sale of my property was conducted and would whole heartedly recommend her services.
