Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but having someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly willing to go the extra mile made such a difference. We truly appreciate all of her hard work, dedication, and support. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate professional!
Regina was very good in asking us questions and helping us to really understand what we were looking for. She is very professional and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend her.
Regina understood what our needs were and the fact that we were out of state allowed her to communicate with us about the entire process. She helped us in choosing the lot which was extremely important to us. She had excellent knowledge of the various communities and worked well with the builders to ensure we got what we wanted. She was patient, professional and honest with her assessment and advice to us.
Excellent knowledge on the market and is realistic with budget and strategy when it comes to buying and selling a home. She truly cares about each and everyone of her clients. So glad we crossed paths. She'll forever be a part of my Clermont journey!
Regina was a great agent. She listened to our needs of where we wanted to live and what our requirements were. She found several options which allowed us to hone in on what we really wanted. I would highly recommend!
Regina is very connected in the South Lake Community. We had a few repairs we needed to make prior to listing g our home. Regina had a list of referrals to help us. All of the local business owners we contacted and hired were professional and understood the need to help us prepare our home for sale. Regina did a great job listing our home and marketing it! Within 90 days we had an offer we accepted and closed in 60 days of accepting the offer. Regina also helped us find our new home. Beyond the professional side of Regina is a caring soul. She understood our reason for selling our home and worked hard to help us find the perfect new home that meets our families needs! God Bless you Regina!
