Efficeient. Listened to my needs/wants. Put together a solid plan. NEVER NEVER NEVER asked me to stretch my budget! Other agents should take care to notice this. We saw 4 houses in one day and found the perfect small bungalow for me at $35 under my max instructions. So I got the perfect little cottage and got to splirge a little on interior and still funded my Roth IRA for its total allowance in 2025. SHOW ME AN AGENT LIKE THAT!
