Liz has been our rental agent for several years. When rental costs went through the roof last year, we decided to buy a condo. I am a born Floridian, and over the last 20 years, all of my family has migrated from the east to the west coast. Liz is very knowledgeable about the local market and changing trends. I am currently a Realtor in the Atlanta area and greatly appreciated her professionalism and negotiating expertise. I have and will continue to recommend her every chance I get.

Our overall experience working with John was a good one. We both live out of state and he helped us find our first investment property in Florida. He was patient, attentive, professional and friendly and we relied heavily on his experience and knowledge of the area to help guide the process. We will use John when we are ready to purchase our second investment property and we would definitely recommend using him as your realtor.
