As a first time homebuyer I was extremely nervous to begin the house hunt, especially in Florida's ever growing and changing market. Shelly took me under her wing of realty expertise and never once made my "silly" questions ever feel silly. She was professional while also empathetic and courteous of life happenings and the stress of being a first time homebuyer. I would send her a property and within the hour (most often 10 to 20 minutes later - she is QUICK) I would have the information about the property, any disclosures, and previous history of the property to my email to review. I was thoroughly impressed having her as a realtor and looked forward to every property we toured together because I knew Shelly had my best interest at heart each time. She knew all the right questions to ask and never left me blindsided by the realities of house hunting and becoming a homeowner. I found my dream home with Shelly and I am sad that our time will be coming to a close, but I gained a friend and a realtor for life. I look forward to working with her during any future real-estate endeavors and whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine realtor who is truly there for YOU.
