As a first time homebuyer I was extremely nervous to begin the house hunt, especially in Florida's ever growing and changing market. Shelly took me under her wing of realty expertise and never once made my "silly" questions ever feel silly. She was professional while also empathetic and courteous of life happenings and the stress of being a first time homebuyer. I would send her a property and within the hour (most often 10 to 20 minutes later - she is QUICK) I would have the information about the property, any disclosures, and previous history of the property to my email to review. I was thoroughly impressed having her as a realtor and looked forward to every property we toured together because I knew Shelly had my best interest at heart each time. She knew all the right questions to ask and never left me blindsided by the realities of house hunting and becoming a homeowner. Daniel was fantastic. He took care of all the details. He was spot on what the market price would be and I was extremely happy with the entire process. Would highly recommend him.

Curt did a fantastic job listing and fielding offers on the house. We had many ups and downs with the house finally closing with the third buyer. Even when the first two offers fell through, Curt maintained a positive attitude and just keep working along to get the next offer. I believe Curt has a good working relationship with fellow real estate agents and is a good communicating with us, the sellers. I would recommend Curt to sell your house.

From the begining to the end, Tami makes this process so smooth!
