I just moved to Dunedin from Indiana. I was in Indiana when I first contacted Michelle. She was very prompt in setting up search criteria and I started getting houses to look at the next day. After I had a good list of prospects, I flew to Florida to start viewing houses. Michelle chauffeured me around for 2 days looking at houses. She quickly caught on to my likes and dislikes. Because of unusual circumstances Cal worked with us for over 2 years and was very patient with us. We were not physically able to move into a two story condo and that limited our options a great deal. He was very impressive about local knowledge and showed us several different areas. His process expertise was very masterful as it could have been a difficult pit fall. His responsiveness was immediate at all times and we did have many questions.
