About Cal

With over ten years experience in real estate sales, I pride myself on being direct and honest with clients in regards to their transaction. That's why I've adopted the slogan, "I'll tell you what I think, not what I think you want to hear". I've lived here most of my life and have excellent area knowledge. Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, I had a twenty year career in law enforcement before pursuing my passion in real estate. I graduated from Clearwater High School and have degrees from Florida Gulf Coast University and University of South Florida. I served honorably in the United States Coast Guard. I've been married to Deborah for 23 years and have two children, Colton & Sage.

Excellent in all categories

Cal is one of the best real estate agents I have had the privilege of working with over the past 25 years I have lived in Florida. He not only gave me great advise on selling my property with timing an pricing, but helped me prepare the house for the market. He also helped me buy my next property which was exactly what I wanted for location, size, and quality. He is very knowledgeable and steered me clear of settling and was always there as soon as I wanted to check out a listing.

Cal was Great, professional, on top of getting everything perfect & communicated to us. We have recommended him to others and will use him again if needed. We worked with agents in buying our prior home, but Cal is the best. He cares about you and makes you feel comfortable with the process.
