Because of unusual circumstances Cal worked with us for over 2 years and was very patient with us. We were not physically able to move into a two story condo and that limited our options a great deal. He was very impressive about local knowledge and showed us several different areas. His process expertise was very masterful as it could have been a difficult pit fall. His responsiveness was immediate at all times and we did have many questions. His negotiations skills needed to be excellent during the process if only you knew. During our wonderful time working with Cal he was at all times professional, caring and kind. Would definitely recommend him to all our family and friends wonderful agent.

It's an incredibly tough market in which to buy a house right now but we managed to get the house that was perfect for me and actually slightly below the asking price which was unbelievable. Absolutely one of the smoothest buys I've ever experienced and I've bought and sold quite a few. I would give Marnie six stars if the system let me!!!
