It's an incredibly tough market in which to buy a house right now but we managed to get the house that was perfect for me and actually slightly below the asking price which was unbelievable. Absolutely one of the smoothest buys I've ever experienced and I've bought and sold quite a few. I would give Marnie six stars if the system let me!!!

We had to sell our house AND buy the next one basically at the same time. The purchase was contingent on the sale of the home we were in. This was stressful but through it all Marnie remained our North Star and held everything together and we got what we needed and wanted and even a bit more. Marnie did such an excellent job helping us find the perfect house. We were skeptical that we were going to find what we wanted and in the time frame that we had. But in 30 days we were in our perfect house! It was actually the first house that she showed us! She moved at super-speed and was there every step of the way to answer questions, explain things and get us prepared for things we hadn't even thought of. She made everything easy and helped take a lot of stress away. She has great contacts for every type of service you will need and is the best resource we could have ever asked for. Even after we moved in she was checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. We are still processing that this all happened so fast and we are living in our new home - it's so amazing. I can't say enough good things about the job she did for us. I highly recommend her as a Realtor. She is honest, trustworthy and really listens to what you want and doesn't try to sell you on things you don't want. She's the best!
