But in 30 days we were in our perfect house! It was actually the first house that she showed us! She moved at super-speed and was there every step of the way to answer questions, explain things and get us prepared for things we hadn't even thought of. She made everything easy and helped take a lot of stress away. She has great contacts for every type of service you will need and is the best resource we could have ever asked for. Even after we moved in she was checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. We are still processing that this all happened so fast and we are living in our new home - it's so amazing. She is honest, trustworthy and really listens to what you want and doesn't try to sell you on things you don't want. She's the best!

I am very happy with Marnie’s expertise and guidance in the buying process. My first time as a homebuyer and I was fairly clueless on the whole process. Marnie helped me, homed in on what I wanted and worked with me all the way through to signing the papers. She’s really great.

From the moment we called Marnie to list our house she went into overdrive and advised us on what we needed to do to get max value while at the same time searching for the house we needed and wanted to move into. We got both done very quickly and actually sold our house and closed on a purchase pretty much the same day. This took a LOT of doing. I don't think we would have gotten this done if she wasn't our realtor.

I have bought and sold several houses in my time and I can honestly say I've never had the care that Marnie showed. This also wasn't the easiest process as the market is just crazy and we actually offered on two houses that didn't pan out before we found the last one that checked all the boxes and went through with relative ease. But Marnie was very understanding throughout and never lost enthusiasm even when the first two fell through. She also has been very helpful with finding contractors to make my new home even nicer. I'd give her six stars if I could.
