Heather kept us updated consistently throughout the entire process and even picked my uncle up to go to the closing on his house. My uncle had moved out of his house into an independent living facility and we did not think to keep the lawn mowed. Heather stepped in, found a company to mow the overgrown lawn just days before closing. I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward.
