He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work. Dave helped us to negotiate a good price and gave us great advice on the inspection and repair process. Buying a home can be stressful and we were so happy to have a trusted partner to help us navigate the market and the buying process. There is nothing we wanted that we did not get from Dave Monty!

Dorothy was a wonderful agent. She was knowledgeable listened to what my needs were. She negotiated things very well for me and she was very professional. We had many conversations on the phone as I was living in a different state and set up appointments when she knew I was coming, she drove me around and advised me on different aspects of the houses.
