Our experience with Cindy was nothing less than exceptional. We were living in Illinois and purchasing a home in Florida and Cindy made the process super easy. She would go and video properties for us if we couldn't make it down right away to view a property. She was able to answer any questions we had and kept things moving along if there was anything unexpected that came up. If we decide to buy or sell in the area again, we would definitely use Cindy.

Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. We first came across Tom and Shirley via their YouTube channel, which cast them as the go-to agents for Clermont and surrounding areas. As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome. Dreams do come true. With keen attention to detail, care, and knowledge Jose was able to make us homeowners. It was not an easy process, and we had a lot of hiccups along the way but there were never any surprises because Jose was always one step ahead and guided us through any uncertainties.
